Service Calls:
We know how important it is, should a breakdown occur, vital machines are up and running causing minimum disturbance on your company.

Using our bespoke computerised service package, our service department are able to view machine details and history from an allocated unique site reference number. Your call is then assigned to the relevant engineer who is fully trained and experienced in maintaining your specific model.
 
Our main objective is to handle your call using our team of experienced service coordinators and
respond in an efficient manner. All service calls are responded to by our team of highly trained
service technicians, who carry a full car stock of high mortality Canon parts. This is to ensure
we maintain our impressive first time fix percentage of over 95%.
 
Each service technician is fully equipped with a laptop computer so to gain access to the most
up-to-date part numbers and technical data.
Additional parts and supplies, if required, are also available from Canon UK. 

Service Response:
Our average arrival time onsite is less than 4 working hours from receipt of any service call.
